MIDI

Another week has comes, time flies. I cant believe that Feb has come to an end. Hope you all having a great week.
Though I've always liked the midi skirt, I love the way long lengths elongate my petite frame, and it always feels extra sophisticated.  For a day to night look, I pair a midi skirt with a boxy-sheer top. I love the sheer detail, it bring fun and modern twist to the look.

WARBY PARKER - EYEWEAR.

Happy Friday everyone!!!
I usually don't do editorial post but  Warby Parker.  As a graphic designer/art director, I work in front of computer more than 8hours/ day so I love wearing glasses during work hour. I remember couple years ago when my friend introduced W.B to me, my first impression was about  the company's good cause buy a pair, give a pair.
Since then W.P always on my list when I'm looking for new glasses or sunglasses because of its modern yet vintage, bold yet very minimalist and boxy style. The frame are apparently made by a 150 year-old Italian company and manufactured in China.
I love the Seymour, Kimball, Marcel, and Finch eyeglasses from W.P Spring 2014 Collection

I love this one for its minimalist but def not a boring frame, the tortoise-blue is really striking, don't you think so.

Kimball, Marcel and Finch are very stylist, interesting color and modern , I love them all and I think these color would complement my skin stone and my personality. And one more thing W.P uses polycarbonate lenses with anti-refelctive and anti-scatch, such a +++ .

I also love the vintage vibe of Winston from Palm Canyon Collection.

Quimby, Lowryand Preston  are my favorite from their sunglasses collection. And all of the sunglasses come with polarized.

Warby Parker  will send you 5  pairs of glasses of your choice in what they call "Home try-on". Then you get to pick which frames you like best, order them from the website and pack up your samples to ship back. Free shipping both way. Did I mention that al of their glasses are just $95 (but not those frame from Palm Canyon Collection) yes just $95 includes lens.
It's time of a year again, I need to get my new prescription and update some new look for my daily glasses & sunnies.
I'm lucky that my face can easily pull off most of the frame, either sunglasses or glasses. :) Hence I always have hard time to pick my best loved frame.
How about you, which one is you most loved frame?
Check out the Warby Parker website for eyeglasses & sunglasses.  and update your eyewear! Seriously, it not going to cost you anything, check it out.
Thanks for reading, hope you all having a fantastic weekend.

BRIGHTEN UP THE GLOOMY DAY

Bold yellow top + royal blue fedora + floral  print to brighten up the gloomy day!!! I layered the bold yellow top over my floral jumpsuit for a Boho vibe.
Enjoyed a particularly chilly and gloomy SFC afternoon frolicking around Valencia St & Mission. Definitely my favorite playground, it still has that charming grunge with so many new-old restaurants, bookstore, shops, bars, and coffee shops.
Hope you all having a fantastic Sunday.

HELLO THERE!

Last week, San Francisco was rain all week long, but trust me I didn't complain about it at all. I love these rainy and gloomy days.
Here is some snapshot (for quick Monday's post) I took before I left for brunch on Sunday. I till recovering from sickness so I decided not to stay outside.
The mix of floral & animal print just to brighting up a gloomy day, and effortlessly chic and messy updo is the way to go.
Hoping you all having a great week ahead.

SPRING STYLE

Happy Lunar New Year  fellow reader. It's always nice to celebrate 2 new year; New Year & Lunar New year ( I prefer to call it  LUNAR NEW  YEAR instead of Chinese NY because there are 48 countries in Asia, and every country has its pride. I feel like calling CNY is disrespect to other country that celebrate Lunar New Year too.)  It also called TET in Vietnamese. There are 3 things I miss the most is red envelope with lucky money inside ;) and traditional Tet's food from my country, and of course spending time with all family.
Talking about spring, since last week I noticed that cherry blossom starting to bloom every where in S.F. Inspired by that, here is my Boho chic look, I bought this floral palazzo pants more than a year, but don't really had change to wear it during Spring due to SF chill weather. Its floral print over sheer fabric just remind me of hippie moment thus I decided to paired it with a bold yellow sweatshirt and a faux-fur vest add a boho touch to the look.
Happy Sunday, and hope you all have a fantastic week ahead.

Red & Yellow for first day of Horse year, and I wore all red to work on Friday :).
